Luxurious apartment, spacious and clean with perfect kitchen facilities. Close to Tesco superstore and open 24 hours. Convenient location with easy access to Westfield shopping centre. Kensington/Olympia station takes you straight to Warner Bros Harry Potter tour. Comfortable beds and great for families.

Enjoyed the free WiFi and washing machine. The Italian breakfast was a delightful surprise, especially the plastic-wrapped mini pancakes. Loved the oven, dining area, and TV - perfect for pretending I was on a cooking show while eating my breakfast.
Not quite sure how I survived without access to dry cleaning services. It was such a disappointment not to have that luxury during my stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The luxurious and spacious apartment was impeccably clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen facilities were perfect, allowing us to prepare meals easily. The convenient location was a standout feature, with a 24-hour Tesco superstore just a 7-minute walk away and the Westfield shopping center a short 15-minute walk. The proximity to the Kensington/Olympia station made it easy to explore this city, as it provided direct access to various attractions, including the Warner Bros Harry Potter tour at Watford Junction.

The apartment was bright and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate with my mobility equipment. The presence of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed me to have the privacy and convenience I needed during my stay. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept me entertained during downtime. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a major plus, as it allowed me to prepare meals according to my dietary needs. The balcony with garden views provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The provision of bed linen and towels made my stay hassle-free. The living room was a great space for gathering with friends and family. I loved waking up to the city views offered by the apartment.
Personally, I found one feature of the apartment less appealing, but others might still enjoy it.
